History
Located on the Vedeggio plain, Cadempino was long a small farming municipality before turning, with the expansion of the Lugano agglomeration, into an area with a strong commercial and industrial character. Its historic core still preserves traces of the old village, now surrounded by modern infrastructure. Its central position makes it a passage point between Lugano and the Malcantone.
